Rootvest Ltd. (“Rootvest”, “we”, “us”) is an agro-finance platform headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh that connects accredited investors with vetted agro-founders across livestock, fisheries, and crops. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security in any jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, scrape, or republish the site's content without consent.
• Submit false information through any contact form on the site.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.

3. Information accuracy

We make a best-effort to keep cohort, sector, and reporting copy accurate. Numbers, photographs, and timelines on this site are illustrative — definitive disclosures are issued in your subscription agreement and the relevant cohort offering documents.

4. Intellectual property

The Rootvest mark, wordmark, and all visual design elements are the property of Rootvest Ltd. The hero photography is licensed from the photographer or commissioned by Rootvest.
